Max Guercy
Max Guercy is presently President of Pro security, Inc. He has over 26 years of experience managing technical service organization, and installing and servicing integrated access control, intrusion detection, alarm, communication and CCTV.
Max Guercy was the Chief Executive Officer, President and founder of G&P Controls, Inc., which he successfully managed for five years. He sold the company assets to Infographic Systems Corp. where he continued to manage the corporation's service and installation organizations.
Prior to G&P he was the manager of SAIC Control System Division's Southern California Customer Service rganization. When SAIC decided to spin-off their Service business, Max, along with Jim Power and another partner formed G&P Controls, Inc. and assumed responsibility for all of SAIC service contracts, and customers those contracts customers encompassed the government, public utilities, and aerospace and private industry security and control systems. These customers were still supported with ECSI by Max Guercy as of 9/30/99.
Prior to SAIC, Max was the customer service manager of Martec Controls System Corporation, a security systems design, installation and service company specializing In large integrated security control systems. Max was responsible for the integration installation, and service support for over ten million dollars worth of security programs
Max's major area of operation has been Southern California. Max has spent much of his career as a Senior Field Engineer and Field Service Technician in the industry, beginning with CASI-RUSCO and Vikonics.
Max graduated from the Technical Career Institute (formerly the RCA Institute) and attended Staten Island Community College and the City University of New York.
Max is fluent in French, and is active in several security associations, in addition to his addition to his duties at Pro Security.
Chong D. Lee Chong Lee is presently Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Pro Security Inc.
He has over 23 years of experience managing technical service organization, engineering, and installing and servicing integrated access control, intrusion detection, fire life safety, data communication and CCTV.
Prior to Pro Security, Chong was Service Manager of ECSI Construction, Inc. A Security system design, installation and service company that specializing in large integrated security control systems. Chong was responsible for the integration, installation, and service support. Such as, large contract with the NAVAL Base in San Diego, California.
Prior to ECSI, Chong was Customer Assistant Service Manager at Infographic Systems Corporation. He was responsible for coordinating installation projects and maintaining and supporting Customer relations.
Prior to Info graphics, Chong was Director of Field Service at G&P Controls, Inc. where he has coordinated large installation projects such as Pacific Corporate Towers, UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles Metro Red Line card access system project. Also maintain Southern California customer service base.
Prior to G&P Controls, Chong was the Senior Technician, and rose to the position of the primary customer interface, as the Senior Field Service Engineer at Cardkey Systems Corporation. Chong oversaw and was responsible for the operations of over 150 security systems, many of which were well over 100 card readers, with hundreds of intrusion alarm inputs, video ID badging, and closed circuit television systems.
In-line with Chong Lee 23years of experience in support organizations for a number of Security equipment suppliers, Chong has gained experience in installing, integrating, and maintaining multiple systems at the same time, which include Primary products from Cardkey, CASI/Rusco, PCSC, InfoGraphic Systems, IdentiCard, Geoffrey Industries, Checkpoint, Access Specialties, Burle, Pelco, Vicon Systems.
Chong graduated from Pierce College with an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering, and is Certified Implementing Novell Networks from UCLA Extension courses.
